In 2004, after many years of creating photographic images, memory books, and heritage albums for friends and family and their referrals to others in search of preserving special moments in time through pictures and mementos, Wendy and Ron Fite started Memories Relived and today they provide five styles of photographic services: Photojournalistic, Formal, Scenic, Glamour, and Artistic.
 

What does Memories Relived do?
We do two things. We create images at events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, etc., as well as go on-location to capture images of children, family, and pets. We also create memory books and scrapbooks from either the images we have taken or from a client's existing picture and memento collection.

How do we practice quality of service?
Memories Relived provides luxury imagery and documentation services with an emphasis on quality practiced through the following disciplines:

What is a good image?
A good Memories Relived image, not only records an event, but also tells a story. Such an image is the result of art (having an 'eye' for a good composition) and science (knowing how your equipment works). When an image is viewed, it should cause the viewer to recall the related memory.

Why consider Memories Relived photographic artists as your personal photographer?
Because quality of service is important to you. The abundance of digital cameras, especially the compact digital cameras and the camera functionality included in many mobile phones, enables many to be a 'photographer.' While you can ask someone already participating in an event to take some pictures for you, this individual may not enjoy the distraction of being both a participant as well as 'the' photographer. The photographic specialist is focused only on you and on creating the right images for you.

Is an engagement photo session necessary?
The engagement photo session is a wonderful opportunity for you to work with the photographer to discover the best way(s) you prefer to communicate with us. If you are not used to being the subject for a photographer, the engagement session can help you discover how much you can handle while your picture is being taken.

 What equipment do we use?
Our images are created using professional Canon EOS digital SLR cameras and lenses. Images are delivered electronically or in hard copy using professional Kodak, Epson, or art papers/canvas and inks. All printing of final image copy is done by a professional lab.
